Determined to stay ahead of the competition, Lloyds brief to us was to modernise their 3000 high street branches with a fresh and contemporary look.
Our ‘Britishness’ retail bank design and communications strategy included the use of large graphic panels, featuring local icons to anchor the branch within the community, along with new materials and furnishings.
A warehouse pilot was extremely well received and Lloyds rolled out the design to over a 1000 branches so far which have since shown a 10% increase in revenues.
