JP Morgan Chase moved their corporate headquarters in the summer of 2019 and seized the opportunity to make a bold statement by creating an innovative flagship branch experience on New York’s iconic Madison Avenue.

The flagship is an expo of customer service innovation – a place where people can see, feel and benefit from Chase’s commitment to ‘enable more people to contribute to and share in the rewards of a growing economy.’ The 12,500 sq.ft. location is Chase’s first ‘community flagship’, a playground that showcases innovation and demonstrates how technology can enhance the customer experience and support the Chase community. The experience features two circular digital cores made up of large LED screens and can flex from hosting small community or business events, including the popular ‘Chase Chats’ education sessions, to large webcast events and even includes a studio for broadcasting news and events.

The space empowers customers to bank on their terms, and features a variety of spaces and touchpoints to support all kinds of conversations, including casual conversations, product and service demonstrations and confidential advice. It has been designed to support employees as they strive to build customer relationships through a great experience and higher–value conversations.
