Bac A Bank is one of the strongest regional banks in Vietnam. It appointed allen international to develop a new identity and branch concept to reflect the new personality of being transparent, accountable and setting the standard for banking in Vietnam. The bank aspires to become one of the most financially sound and profitable banks in Vietnam by enhancing and sustaining the well-being and wealth of its customers.

International design standards had to be embraced whilst maintaining the bank’s fundamental Vietnamese values. The brand identity that we created was stongly guided by Feng Shui and its principles: containing elements of weight, colour and balance to comply with good Feng Shui beliefs. It was also important to communicate some western values of being prestigious and contemporary through the branch exterior implementation.

Bac A Bank has committed to transforming from an investment bank into a universal retail bank. Following the successful relaunch of the Brand into the Vietnamese market and the opening of the initial group of 20 pilot branches based on the allen international design, the bank has now implemented a network expansion programme. The new look bank has surpassed its expectations in attracting new customers.
