With branches stretching from Africa to East Asia, Standard Chartered Bank’s challenging brief was to develop a universal format which delivered their brand promise consistently and cost-effectively across 39 countries.
Using digital communications and our Kit of Parts system we were able to create a modern environment which interacts with customers uniformly throughout the bank’s network.
After a successful trial of the new retail bank designs in Hong Kong, a rollout programme of 200 additional branches continues across India, Korea, China, Nigeria, Kenya, Singapore and Malaysia. Older branches are to be upgraded to the new format.
